Prior to your appointment:

  • Expect an email prior to your first visit to note your appointment time/date as well as links for your paperwork. Please fill out as soon as possible.
  • Bring a copy of your ID and your insurance card
  • Take all necessary medications and eat as planned
  • If you are unable to fill out paperwork prior to your appointment please arrive 10-15 minutes early

During your appointment:

  • All necessary x-rays and photos will be taken to diagnose and evaluate any potential issues
  • Current conditions and your chief complaint will be discussed
  • One of our ultra-gentle and highly skilled hygienists will thoroughly clean and polish your teeth
  • A thorough comprehensive dental exam will be done by Dr. Lee to evaluate the teeth, gums and mouth, looking for signs of disease and to address any problems and questions
  • Dr. Lee and the hygienist will discuss the results of your dental health with you and plan the future treatments
  • All finances will be clearly explained and discussed

Yourfirstvisit

Cleanings are important for achieving and maintaining optimal oral health and should typically be scheduled every 6 months. During your cleaning one of our dental hygienists will remove any accumulated plaque or tartar from your teeth that could cause gum disease, cavities, bad breath and other problems.
